Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Signing Up
When you would like to sign up for the monthly subscription service you can first book in a discovery call to see if this is for you by going to the “Book Now” page. After the discovery call or if you just want to get stuck straight in, we will send you a pre-registration form to collect information that we need to give you a great service along with a consent form and agreement form which need to be completed and returned before we can start with your programme. The forms will be sent to you through email and will be reviewed and responded to within 2 working days of your submission.
Amending or Cancelling a Scheduled Meeting
If you are unable to attend your scheduled video call for whatever reason, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice so that the meeting can be rescheduled as soon as possible.
Cancelling Your Subscription
The process is a no fixed term monthly subscription service. Meaning that you pay each month up front and can cancel at any time leading to your service ending at the end of the month that you had most recently paid for.
